San Feliciano

Our client recently purchased this beautiful yet largely outdated home seeking guidance from ME Design Group in updating the kitchen, primary bath, and guest bathrooms. The client preferred a warm, modern organic feel to her space. With two young boys, however, the design needed to be functional and livable as well as sleek and contemporary.  These detailed 3D rendered images create a visual reference of our design for this upcoming Woodland Hills home remodel. This design features a custom wet-room with deep basin tub, brass fixtures, and bespoke vanity area  in the primary bathroom; white oak skinny shaker cabinetry, stone clad backsplash, and coffee bar in the kitchen; the guest bath will feature a custom paneled oak vanity, and stone flooring with mixed metal finishes. Project to be completed Spring of 2024.
